Brent Gammon is a partner with Daniel, Medley & Kirby, P.C.  A native of Danville, Brent returned to his hometown in 2013 to join the firm after practicing law in Florida for six years.  Mr. Gammon is a trial attorney, concentrating his practice in handling workers' compensation claims, defending employers, self-insureds and insurance companies, as well as, defending employers, businesses, municipalities and insurers in automobile, premises liability and other liability claims in civil litigation.  In addition, Brent's practice includes work in divorce/domestic relations, debt collection, business law, eminent domain and traffic defense. 

Brent lives in the Danville area with his wife Tricia, and their two children.

Representative Experience:

Obtained a defense verdict for a client in a jury trial where the Defendant rear-ended a vehicle which suddenly stopped, and the middle vehicle subsequently rear ended the Plaintiff's vehicle.   Brent successfully argued that the driver of the middle vehicle was at fault and that the Defendant was not negligent in the operation of his vehicle.
