March 2017 - Represented a client charged with aggravated malicious wounding (carrying a possible life sentence). The Court granted a motion to strike and convicted the client only of assault and battery, a misdemeanor.
November 2016 - Represented a client charged with 19 counts of lottery fraud. The Court acquitted the client and dismissed all of the charges.
April 2016 - Represented a client charged with two counts of Distribution of Methamphetamine. At the close of the Commonwealth's case, the Court dismissed the charges.
December 2015 - Represented a client charged with First Degree Murder, Attempted Robbery and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery. After a two day trial, the jury returned verdicts of Not Guilty on all counts.
October 2015 - Represented a client charged with two counts of first degree murder and eleven other charges. The jury rejected the murder charges and convicted only of voluntary manslaughter.
October 2015 - Represented a client charged with first degree murder. The jury reduced the charge to a lesser offense.
