Katerina Holland has joined the law firm of Daniel, Medley & Kirby, P.C. in an associate attorney position.  The daughter of two Navy veterans, "Katie" was born in Jacksonville, Florida, but spent her formative years growing up in Charleston, SC, before her family settled in the Charlottesville, Virginia area.  

Ms. Holland received her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the College of William and Mary in 2010.  She worked with special needs youths as a resident counselor at Little Keswick School in Keswick, Virginia for three years prior to attending law school.  Katie earned a MBA in 2013 and her law degree in 2016 from Liberty University School of Law.  After law school, she worked for two years as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for the City of Danville Commonwealth Attorney's Office prosecuting cases in the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Holland spent the last two years working for the Pittyslvania County Commonwealth Attorney's Office, specializing in prosecuting sexually based offenses and crimes against children.  She lives in the Danville area with her husband and two dogs.

As a member of the firm, Ms. Holland's practice will focus on domestic relations and family law, and it will also include gereral civil litigation, estate planning, and criminal and traffic defense.  Daniel, Medley & Kirby, P.C. is a full service law firm with offices in both Danville and Martinsville.  The principals of the firm are:  James A.
