The Firm is pleased to announce that M. Shane Painter joined us in February, 2009

Shane, a native of Martinsville, Virginia, graduated from the University of Virginia in 2001 with a B.A. in History and Religious Studies. He received his J.D. Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi in 2005.

Following law school, Shane clerked for the Hon. Glen H. Davidson, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi. He is licensed to practice in both Mississippi (2005) and Tennessee (2006).

Shane was an active member of the Orchard United Methodist Church in Tupelo, Mississippi, and a member of Tupelo’s Community Development Foundation.
